How does charging work?
Charge the device with the supplied cable and follow the instructions included with your order. Do not use the product if the cable or device is damaged.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are currently estimated to arrive within 4–8 days. Available delivery options and charges are shown before payment.
How do returns work?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your product. Contact Orvena before sending anything back so the return instructions can be confirmed. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Is it suitable for me?
